PROCEDURE FOR A NEW CONNECTION
To avail ISTV cable services, the Subscriber may kindly:
- Log in to our website istvimphal.net and visit the head office of the ISTV Network situated at Gambhir Singh Shopping Arcade, BT Road, Imphal West – 795001 to check the desired set top box (HD or SD) and its respective packages or
- Contact the nearest Local Cable Operator or
- Call on our Toll Free no. 1800-345-3819 (Toll Free) or 03852459564
- Once ISTV Head Office or LCO receives a request from a Subscriber for new connection through any of the above mentioned mediums, an LCO lineman shall visit the customer’s residences or premises for further process, within 3 days of receipt of such
- In case it is not technically or operationally feasible for ISTV Network to provide service to the particular customer, then the Subscriber shall be informed of the same along with the reasons by the ISTV Office or LCO within two (2) days from the date of the ticket.
